At TRADIE, we stand by the quality of our gear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. If your fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we're here to make the exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and unworn.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
